Half amazing, half disappointing
The breakfast spread was delicious , offering plenty of variety. The location is perfect for skiing enthusiasts, being just across the road from the chairlifts.
Check-in was annoyingly slow. I encountered unexpected charges that caused confusion upon checkout, ruining the overall experience.

The Junior Suite was a bit retro, charming, but the beds were not very comfortable. It reminded me of they could use an upgrade. The bathroom had nice toiletries, a pleasant surprise. Space was decent, but overall, the vibe was more 3-star than 4-star.

I adored the warm atmosphere created by the fireplace in the lounge, so inviting and comfortable for a senior like myself. The art displayed throughout the hotel added a lovely local touch that I appreciated.

decent stay but billing issues were a hassle
The location is fine, with amazing views of the surrounding mountains! The breakfasts were a delight, with fresh options available. The staff was genuinely friendly. On top of that, we enjoyed hiking nearby. It was a highlight of our visit.
I faced issues with the billing, as I was double charged unexpectedly.

Had a fun getaway with friends! We loved hiking in the fine mountains and exploring the nearby lakes. The staff was super friendly. But just a heads up, the hotel is a bit older, so some rooms might need updates. We had a great time!
One of our friends got stuck in a really uncomfortable room with noisier beds and a footboard, made it hard to sleep.
